Personal Support Worker Course Outline
|
The course is taught in modules to facilitate learning and evaluation. A student
is expected to successfully complete the theory and practicum component of all
the modules prior to graduation. The theory component provides students the with
the opportunity to acquire knowledge and skills, as well as to examine attitudes.
The practicum is provided in a facility or in other community support settings.
